Chizarra Dashiell
President, CFO & Director of Special Populations
She earned her degree in Occupational Science and Health Science Management from Howard University. After 8 years, she discovered a new passion. She fell in love with working pediatrics and behaviors. She is obtaining her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and soon applying for her BCBA exam. She provides home and school-based ABA services. In her sessions, she enjoys reading to her clients.

Currently, she owns several other companies in the community as well. Her goal is to be an advocate and a staple resource within the community.

Leroy Smith
COO, Instructional Design & Research Developer
Leroy brings 11 years of experience in special education and advocacy within the District of Columbia and surrounding areas.
He brings a wealth of expertise in curriculum development, special education, curriculum
accommodations, adaptations, and modifications for children with disabilities, and action-based research practices to the team.
Overall, Leroy is committed to the empowerment and healing of children and young adults with disabilities. Leroy has committed his life to provide children and young adults, as well as their families and their professionals, the tools to succeed in different educational environments.

Satoya Daughton
Lead Grow & Give Curriculum Developer
A proud HBCU graduate of Morgan State University she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Curriculum Instruction with a focus on Social Justice at Loyola University. She has been an Elementary teacher for 5 years. She brings experience in teaching to culturally relevant curriculum an inclusive learning. My teaching philosophy can be best described through the following quote, “children must be taught how to think, not what to think. ~Margaret Meade
